Wow, one semester of college is weeks away from being done. Craaazy

Gosh, the kids in my dorm have moved all the desks in the study room into a box and covered the top with blankets to make a fort. They're so cool XD

Yeah, I haven't had any time this semester for art of any kind other than some small things for fundraising. It makes me so sad. And looking at everyone's artwork from college makes me kind of depressed. I envy everybody in art school

Not that I don't want to be here at JMU. I love it here so much. I'm making so many new friends and coming to terms with things about myself that I suppressed in high school.

I guess in place of drawing and painting art, I've mainly been involved in performing art this semester because of marching band. JMU Colorguard RULES!!!!! I'm on the dance line!!! So exciting!

Not to mention, JMU Nuance auditions coming up Can't. Wait. For. Winterguard.

Some disheartening news: I can't get into any drawing classes next semester. I literally have no time cuz I'm taking Bio and Chem classes with labs for a grand total of 17 hardcore credits. Sleep will be eluding me spring semester. Especially if I make the Nuance Winterguard.

Sleep will also being eluding me next fall because next year's marching season is going to be INSANE!!!! The JMU MRD's are performing at Bands of America in Indianapolis and marching in the London New Year's day parade for an international audience of over 1 million. Also, we're marching in Paris too, over winter break. Watch us on TV!!!

Heehee, I realized that currently, because of my AP credits from high school, I'm 1 credit away from sophomore status at the end of this first semester. Yay overachievement!


Woo!!! Thanksgiving break is in a week!! I need to catch up with the Corner kids. Although my break is getting cut a little bit short since I have to stay at JMU for the game.
